Though it seems the book only talks about finding purpose of life, it also guides us for living a happy and healthy life. It includes diets and rituals that motivate and help to live a long life.
In my opinion, this book is very useful for inspiring to live a healthy and active life. It is easy to read and understand. This book is something more than just to find Ikigai. It tells you how finding and following your Ikigai increases the quality and quantity of your life.
